At Lacquer & Lashes Salon our primary goal is always to satisfy our clients. Due to the nature of e-commerce transactions, however, there can sometimes be instances where products received and expectations do not match up. As rare as these cases may be, we still need to lay out what rights we choose to reserve in these cases, and that is what this page is for.
Apparel
Within 14 days of receipt of goods, (as per carrier delivery timestamp) buyer may choose to return the item for a refund if two criteria are met.
- Buyer will pay the cost of return shipping
- Item is carefully packed and returned in the original state as received. No worn, damaged or soiled items will be entitled to a refund, partial or otherwise.
Xpress Nails
As all items are custom and hand-made to order, no returns can be accepted. All sales are final, no exceptions. Please be very precise when measuring for your custom set of nails.
